Challenges related to the equity of access to resources for UPSC aspirants have emerged prominently in recent years. Disparities in educational opportunities, availability of study materials, and coaching support create a significant gap among aspirants from different backgrounds. Those with financial resources often have better access to premium study materials and expert guidance, while underprivileged candidates may struggle. Digital divides also impact access to online resources among rural aspirants. Consequently, addressing these equity issues is essential to ensure a fair and just competition, fostering diverse talent in civil services for effective governance.
